Well I don't have any kids yet, but we are trying right now. I had the privlage of nannying 3 kids last summer and it was the most rewarding thing ever. So keep your fingers crossed for my husband and I. :D

First off this is a good article and I'd love to meet Trisha. Second I can sympathize with both sides, seeing I own horses and sled dogs. Neither owns the trails, but I must say. When someone is training for say, the Iditarod and Quest and they have several, several thousand dollars into their team. Well it can be just a bit frusterating to have a dog injured from some horse stomping in the trail and leaving huges holes. Oh yes moose can do this too, but they just don't know any better! Oh, I'm also not a yuppie, (lol though I sure enjoy making fun) and I am not rude. But then again I don't 'show' my horses either.

Why the big stink about military getting a PFD? It's not your money to give, so why care? Those guys and their families deserve it way more than anyone in this State. I don't care if you've lived here 50 years and work outside everyday. They sacrifice so much for this country and get hardly anything in return. They still have to buy gas and food and such. Good Grief.
