"Not Guilty, geez . . . lets leave it at that, will yah all," stevens bowing his head, shaking with a smirk as he says those words before hastely walking directly out of the court room.
As he lefts his arm up to wave his powerful wave as he had done all these years.
Then he snaps out of it, whoa, i am still sitting here next to my free lawyer.

Yes . . . yes. . .mmmmmmmmm Its wonderful that voters re-elected, George Bush, THE!!! Honorary President, voters should re-elected him, since he may have learned his lesson . . . wait, no he didn't! He is now trying to destroy the fabric of our ECONOMY by using TAX PAYERs money to cover the investors DEBT for their POOR decisions. RIGHT
Besides, they (VOTERS FOR BUSH (@$%#_$*&$)) Ignored common sense on economics, arent they supposed to know of economics, since they are greedy. Pointing out, The war provided our foreign country to gain large profits from Americans by increasing Petroleum Prices, NEXT: during this second term, K SECOND (2ND) term decided to keep the prices high while ALLOWING mortgage investors to make it easy for lenders to borrow money that they cannot repay. Yes Americans should be happy for this decision to vote for BUSH, and now they are gonna make the same mistake with McCain who has supported BUSH. Lets Give a Cherry Cheer for Americans being so BRIGHT
All the while, American are now suffering from their own decision and allowing BUSH to make a THIRD (3RD) mistake to allow AMERICANS pay for his bad decisions, poor lenders, bad GOVT. regulations, and trying to cover up what will be a Terrible decision to spend 400 Billion to keep the LENDERS happy. NOT TOO BRIGHT,
But, hey COME ON, AMerican should be happy for who they have chosen
Next term, let Americans actually crumble our economy by hiring McCain and that lady who is all talk, enjoy the next four years
I will have to since i am one of the Americans, GLAD I AM BRIGHT though

Alright, thinking and discussing really helps, lol I mean we are focusing on just a few. What about those who cannot control there anger in rage, being depressed, suicidal, criminal acts assault, sexual abuse, DUI, DWIs and other related crimes committed by those who use and abuse alcohol.
Over the last year there are public safety reports not just in Fairbanks. Likw Drug Users, Drug Dealers, Repeated Offenders of Crime of property and sexual in nature all resulted by the individuals using Alcohol and based on their state of mind may or may not commit another crime or repeat there crimes. This repetitive nature is caused by alcohol.
Wow, its amazing how ALL wish to ignore those crimes instead of those who walk around drunk. Limitation on alcohol or prevention is the key to control the use of Alcohol.
Granted majority of the public can handle or manage there alcoholism, but those who cannot, well cause tears in families by Sexual abuse, Raps, shootings, drownings, vehicle accidents and these families face it each time the date of crime or death passes by.
SO THE STATE OF ALASKA SHOULD MAKE A License to DRink. This way each individual will be screen of criminal back ground and limit them how many to purchase in a day or month or refuse them to purchase alcohol all together depending how terrible there crime was or sentence was.
I'd rather pay my taxes this way instead of increasing taxes to cover all the criminals that are currently using my tax dollars enjoying a free lifestyle instead of being a contributor to Alaska's economy.
Good Deal, Yes

You all have great comments regarding state not being responsible to take this initiative to preventing further problems, and while the chronic inebriates have the choice to quit. We have the money to help out. To make laws to prevent this from happening.
Listen all of you. There are many forms of alcoholics. The ones they are focus on is the ones that cannot help themselves, they wish too, but they are not thinking straight.
One should do an experiement on drinking for more than a month or so. See if you can think clearly without any responsibility the next day except to drink. Alcohol causes mental illness and even one sobers up. It is difficult, meaning, even when they are sober they are not mentally capable of having a rational mind. It takes months or years depending upon how old you are and how much you drank within a day or month. Then after the effects wears off, then maybe the person has the mental ability to acknowledge the awareness of reality.
That is hard. The inebriates have been that way for years. No treatment can help within 21 to 30 days. It takes constant support and encouragement this consistency will only work in an Environment Clean of Influences of Alcohol Cravings. It will take a whole mental exercise to changing one inebriates life style.
It is a cycle, its the only thing they know, is this cycle that they are struggling within themselves.
ANXIETY, DEPRESSION are the two main causes for them to neglect the world around them family and friends to just another drink.
Yes it is a legal drug. We should manage the distribution of alcohol to specific individuals within Alaska. This would reduce the amount of alcohol near forty percent for the entire alaska.
Yes make L license for folks who are responsible and those who will be limited on purchasing alcohol

Well restricting, limiting, and/ or increasing fines its a good start by discussing it first, then to allow the public to choose which ordinance to accept.
True about restricting certain individuals who are inebriats or had past charges on providing minors with alcohol or serious cases where they were charged and had to serve jail time for crimes committed while under the influece of alcohol and other drugs. This will mean for Alaskans' must receive a state Alcohol License, lol
Meaning that they will have to obtain a VALID Alcohol license from the State, saying what crime they had committed too limitting how many purchases he or she can make within a day or monthly. It can be scanned to varify such purchases. This way it will make it more difficult for inebriates and convicted criminals of both alcohol and drug related to purchase alcohol either for themselves or others.
So a VALID L Card would be used instead of making it careful to sober individuals who do not have trouble with alcohol.
It would be no problem. Just go where you get ID and they will issue you a free card or the fee cost to make the card. If an Alaskan or out of state person did not committ a crime or related offenses using drugs or alcohol than the receiving the card will be no hassle.
The card will be good until a crime was committed then a new card will be re-issued and a letter will be sent to you informing you the changes on you status.
This will make it difficult for criminals charge with alcohol and drugs, minors, inebriates, molestors, DUI, DWIs, etc. mostly related to serious offenses or repeated offenders.

I applaud the efforts of those who wish to help in a unique way. Most drunks wish not to receive help even from there family members. It is a mental illness after an extend period of drinking alcohol heavily. When it turns out to be years, well they become lost. So again applaud all those efforts in changing the scene. Grant that the limiting zone on chronic or usual drinkers will not matter nor how cold it is to walk so far. They will find a way to get there drink. Yes it is a revolving issue. The drunks enjoy revovling themselves days into months and months into years. You ask a drunk if they wish to sober up and they will look as if you had just asked to shoot the moon. The look they give you is one that says, awww yeah NO. Or more like ignore you and walk away.
There is no hope and there is hopelessness but how can one change until the person wishes to change. You can limited them, or you can force them and repeat offerders are required to get a collge degree or jail. Make them acknowledge that they are not allowed to drink no more. Put them on probation have them carry around a breathalizer, one that is connected to the Probation officer for each hour they have to blow and will signal the PO that they are to remain sober no drink and are no allowed to be around liquor stores, these stores will have cams and screened by investigators or police department
but who is willing to do all this?????????????? Smile is another beautiful day not to drink, why, i want to see my family happy and down for the hard times but at least i am there alive sober to see it

Awww . . . a cup of coffee is always good, sip, sip. mmmm. Well, since the University done this study, why did they not include possible solutions, since they are in school studying this or should have at least provided some type of reliable reneweable energy either for the rural and urban areas. ???
The Politicians have succeeded once more along with the petroleum industry, having the less fortunate public remain to bicker amongst themselves and ignore possible solutions to this increasing cost for fuel. We are all spoiled over the years by using fuel exessively which led us to where we are now.
Comm all, you should know that by now, since you all were children, NOTHING LAST LONG, correct. Its funny. We knew this was coming yet we tend to neglect it or ignore the outcome of high fuel prices.

Why did they have to burn the wood. It is understandable that WOOD burns, yet to provide this burnable wood to families for heat is good. That is so much wood just wasted.
They could have cut it, piled it, and to have the public needing wood for winter pick it up. Or, have the public pick it up limiting them bundles to burn for fire wood.
Instead the BRIGHT idea was to JUST burn it, get this, we paid them to do this too, with our tax dollars.
Besides after all the wood or brush given away then THE STATE could burn whats left over for replenishing the forest.
