What statute covers those who are told to stop while on foot or they are under arrest and they take off running?

Why do you people throw a fit about this? Amidst griping was a four year old boy that got killed because the troopers were to busy and understaffed to be on the roads. How about I put you in a pasture the size of Delaware with 20,000 sheep spread evenly in it and tell you to go round them up.
All this does is guarantee that there will be troopers on the roads where they belong and not down 60-100 cases and pitching a tent in the courthouse. Since when do cops not belong on the roads?
The only reason I can think you really don't want this is because, you don't like getting pulled over/tickets, or you think that drinking and driving is ok. You might just HAVE to slow down and stop texting your legislator while driving.
Oh and in case you didn't realize, ALOT of Departments across the U.S. get federal funding for this and many other reasons.
Also, who made the roads? Who takes care of them? Though it be by our money WE charged DOT with the task of making and maintaining them. That is in the statutes and codes. By maintaining them that means that they can restrict who, how and what kind of vehicle can be driven on it. Do you want a 160,000 lbs. semi putting potholes on Airport Way? Why do you think you never see them there? Read 13 AAC and the Authority for it Alaska Statue 28 and stop blaming the troopers for doing their job. Blame yourself for voting for people who enact the laws that they are REQUIRED to enforce.

If it really is a right, then why aren't you involved with a class action lawsuit against the State of Alaska for violating civil amendment rights? I think because these and most ALL statutes have stood up in Alaska's and the U.S. supreme courts. To tip the iceberg try Honeycutt vs. Comm. of Kentucky. There is a specific reason behind every law. And as long as you are physically present here in the state or under maritime law you WILL abide by them, OR reap the consequences. Don't like it? Vote differently or leave. I happen to think we have a very efficient and effective system. Just a shortage of cops to enforce them. Our system is relatively new (statehood) and actually was made with the downfalls of other states in mind. Technically we are state of the art.

Genes are obviously passed down from gen to gen. So is sin. Homosexuality is a sin. In being a sin it is also a choice. Not a burden you were born with.

I know that God, your creator and your brothers knows more than us, and is worth more than your brother. Did you get that. He made you.....and your brother. You should want to be with him more than with your brother. Noone on this earth will know what happened after your brothers died. God DOES! Apparently you put a light effect on Hell and what it is. Can you imagine being on fire and not burning up? Oh and by the way if you go to hell not only are you eternally seperated from God but from everyone else. Luke 16:19 describes Hell and a rich man. You are seperated from everyone including your brother if he is there. It is up to God to pass Judgement. And He will do so on you too if you refuse him.

Really? Prove it. It is a book written BY GOD THROUGH MAN because we could never comprehend what would be said if God Just told you. Same thing as if you see his face in all his glory. You would DIE right there because he is perfect and we can't handle it. I challenge ANYONE to prove the Bible scientifically wrong. You tell me to prove it right obviously you think somewhere it is wrong right? Where?
I think I would prefer to be made by a holy God than evolved from some slimy fish millions of years ago. Where did he come from? Slimy bacteria? And where did that come from? dirt? And where did the dirt come from? The big bang? Well where did all THAT matter come from? Oh thats right it just happened. Over millions of years anything can happen.

I agree with you. Where did we go wrong? A loving gentle saviour would not throw someone in Hell just because they didn't hear a Baptist preacher. How it happens is somewhat a mystery to me. I believe what the Bible says and it only. It has proved right in everything tested against it. Man has failed me everytime. What else are you wondering? Ask me so I can show you what God's word says.
AKBOSS if you died today do you KNOW that you would spend eternity in Heaven? If not then you don't know the love of God. Nail that down first and then worry about others after. You can KNOW.

Yes, the "christian church" itself does not save you. Accepting Christ saves you. Religion dooms more people than anything else on earth. The word christian means too many things now. A personal relationship with God is what you need. After you find that then find a church in which believes what the Bible says. The Bible is sometimes reffered to as, "that old time religion". The Bible is what most religions are based upon. Why not make IT your religion.
We need to spread the gospel 1. because the Bible commands us to Mark 16:15
2. Have you ever heard the term, There is power in the blood? The blood is Jesus. There is power in the gospel to those who harden their hearts. The gospel is preached to some because simply they are so hardened against God that even though they know he exists, unless you comeout and tell them straightforward you will die and go to Hell, then they continue in their miserable lives the way they are living.
3. Now that I know what it means, God's love is in me and I want you to know what it means to be saved.
