Palin is not 100% against abortion, she is on record stating except in cases where the mother's life is at risk.

She is pro-life when it comes to the unborn and it is an admirable stand, backed by her own personal example.

In regard to Church and state, ... um, I do belive it was Sen. Obama who stated he would implement an advisory level position for religous relations in his office administration. Is that separation as defined here in this post?

Tom,

Just wait, the more and more Governor Palin and John McCain's message resounds in the hearts and minds of the US majority, the more and more liberals will lash out with outlandish remarks, personal insults and rude, condescending words; not just direct at McCain or Palin, but also to those who are in support.

They are getting worried, they're scared, they want to run but we've backed them into a corner. It will get worse before it gets better.

Whose facts, whose truths? I'm willing to bet it means everything to palin4veep. He, or she sounds like a proud and informed voter. All the left-wingers can do is throw accussations and spite and mean-spirited comments.

If you think that is how you can get your point across, then you've already lost. Healthy debate is one thing, cowardice and name-calling is another. Hell, a two-year old shows more courtesy and respect.

It is amazing to hear the half-hearted "truths" of some of you on here that should know better than to believe everything the media reports.

I guess our Governor could have instead set up at the Anchorage Hilton or Wasilla Inn while she was away from Juneau. Let's see, avergae of $180 bucks a night, ... you see where this is heading? How much more would taxpayers have to spend if she didn't sleep at her pre-Governship residence, all while performing duties outside of the duty station of Juneau?

Per diem is valid in this instance, which I remind you, the AP story is only telling a half-truth when it comes to the number of days they claim she was in Wasilla. If she based in Wasilla (to save money on hotel stays)so she could attend numerous Anchorage area meetings, ... it would seem to me valid. Only the mud-slinging left media would confuse the situation and report without knowing all particulars.

...And it is all perfectly within her power to bring in her own administration, regardless of years served. Don't like it? Don't vote for her in office. She appointed who she thought would perform better. You go, lagirl, I agree.

The rally was sponsored by the McCain/Palin ticket, therefore those who attended were asked to show if they were supporters. This is different than if Governor Palin held a rally, then I would presume it would be open to all Alaskans. Fairly easy to differentiate. There is Sarah Palin the Governor, then there is Sarah Palin the V.P. candidate for the Republican party. I fail to see why there are those who think they were shunned from this rally "in support" of John McCain and Sarah Palin.
