Sorry max 0330! I have been in one accident in my 91 beastie & boy was I glad I was in it! The frame did it's job & took the brunt of the force. What small amount of body damage that there was got fixed with a trip to the junkyard. Not sure of it's official rating, but I know it protected me better than I expected! =)

I liked my day... Woke up late, enjoyed home made waffles, worked on the cleanup from yesterday, enjoyed some leftovers, did the crossword, did all my Christmas cards, had some more leftovers, played a board game with my hubby & now we're sitting here just hanging out.

My guests & I will be enjoying a fabulous organic turkey with stuffing, yeast rolls & my amazing mashed potatoes, all home made. Creme brulee & veggies (no canned cranberries here!) & good red wine will round out the table. I will set out the nice china & light some vanilla candles to accentuate the yummy baking smells wafting from the kitchen. I hope everyone (including the president-elect) will enjoy their turkey dinner as much as we will.
ps. Sorry Nathan, while a turkey will be pardoned, there is no evidence that either Bush or Obama will be skipping their turkey this year.
