The Tigers showed heart? Ridiculous! HPU wasn't competition for anyone in the tourney, thus leaving 0-3! They start 3 freshmen, I think, so for the Tigers coach to say that his team showed heart and bounced back wasn't a fair assessment of the game! They dominated HPU, start to finish! Any of the area girls high school teams would have given HPU a pretty good run!

Yeah Sarah, why not? Go do it all while you still have a chance to do so! It'll all be over for you in a few weeks anyway, and then you can leave that traveling circus and come back to Alaska to do your job!

AWESOME! That match was exciting from the beginning to the end! I can remember a lot of the losses the Nanook women used to take back in the day! To watch them storm out of the gate this year and give out the L's to the teams that used use them as doormats is very exciting! I'm only so happy I was able to schedule my R&R to be home to watch the action this weekend! I may even fly down to A-town to watch the other half of the rivalry on wednesday! Great job ladies! Go 'Nooks!

lagirl, this is the kind of ridiculousness that happens when you're in the spotlight! Watch TMZ, read the Enquirer, it's the same stuff! DNM is a small paper with next to nothing to print, of coarse Palin is gonna get a lot of articles! My point was that Palin and Alaska will be out of the national spotlight come November, along with all this ridiculousness!

Pimp is right ladies! Conference is where you need to get it done! I know you wore the "C" in the past Bruketta, but you need to play defense! Yelling help every play doesn't get it! Good luck to Coach Smith and the Lady 'Nooks this season! I'll be watching too!

WOW! How unbelievably disappointing to sit and watch the home team 'Nooks crumble and fall! Missed free throws, missed shots, players fouling out, technical fouls, UNBELIEVABLE! With her performance, or lack thereof, in a championship game, Q makes all-tourney? IDK? 2 technicals-4 points, 9 turnovers-18 "potential points". No true point guard for the 'Nooks this year! This, however, is not Coach Smith's fault, he was not hired early enough on in the signing period to look for a point, it's gonna be a learning season everyone, can't expect miracles overnight, but the team is heading in the right direction!
