wow....... I seen that video that was posted by Iggy. I just have to say that video is nowhere close to how we ran our farm. Nor my fathers, grandfathers, or great-grandfather's for that matter. That was really something else.
I love my meat too well to give it up. Moose, Caribou, and Elk are my favorite. And halibut dipped and fried in eggs with crackers is also very delicious!!

Mr. Albert Hutton and the Malesich family, I am so sorry for your loss of a loved one. I hope you overcome the sadness and fill it with remembered joy. I know it will be very hard and difficult at times. Just remember that there are alot of people wishing you the best.

They will always be remembered. The older one for his guitar playing, scared of flies, and family outings. The younger one for his ability to play sports very well and making people constantly laugh. These two men have alot of family members who loved and respected them. On behalf of my aunt, thank you all for your kind messages. May they rest in peace.

bogtrotter52 that is hilarious!! I almost spit my coffee out! I just hope the number was an 800 one. Silly me.....of course it was! I too can not wait for retirement.
As for vehicle warranties, we use as much of it as we can. And after expiration, my husband does all the mechanical work. Just like McDonalds, I'M LOVIN' IT!!

amandacasey99701..... looks like you're doing some whining and crying yourself, as am I with your comment. Deployments are never easy. There are heartaches and troubles that people go through while their loved ones are away. Unfortunately some do not return. So what if spouses call the rear detachment!! That's what they're there for. Morale, support, gatherings, and advice. I'm glad they are there!!
luv2read..... I take this time to thank you and your friends for your community service. It's always a good thing knowing that people are out there to help!! I do some by paying for meals and thanking every soldier in uniform. Between my job and my children's sports, I don't do much volunteer work as I used to. So every other friday when I take my kids to dinner, I pick up an extra tab anonymously. One time I did get caught. The young lady had asked if I wanted an oil change from her boyfriend! Although I expect nothing in return, that was very generous of them!!
Wish the best of luck to all you deploying and those of you who are already deployed. Hope for your safe return.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't offenders supposed to be sent to the place of the said crimes?? Or at least go by their state law? By this story it clearly states intent. The girl lied to her parents about being pregnant; gave birth to the baby boy *a medical examiner said was born ALIVE*; wrapped the baby in a plastic bag; and later went shopping, snowboarding and to a hockey tournament. Plus making a trip back to Alaska. That is just sick. The girl was cold hearted to sleep in the same room as the deceased infant. I hope they show no mercy to this monster.

Dinjick: "I live out here in Two Rivers and those sonic booms are extremely loud. They rattle the windows on our house and terrify our livestock. When one of our windows cracks, who pays for the damage? It's not fair that we should have to, especially when you take into account the fact that Alaska has remote areas more suited to that kind of training."
Maybe I had a little too much coffee yesterday, but I was just going off by your "when our windows cracks". Maybe I should have asked questions. Did your window crack?? Did it shatter?? If so, over a period of time, or when one jet was passing?? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that thin or aging windows will crack or shatter at some noise. Even from something simple as a stereo in the house. AND if you have read my posts clearly, would you have commented the way you have or started attacking me by making assumptions?? I think you have beaten me to the School of Ignorance and the Fine Art of Assumption!!

Imusuallyright**but not this time** By me saying that I don't place things of value close to an edge or that I don't go cheap on windows, DOES NOT mean that I'm pointing fingers. I was simply saying that I have 2 boys and 2 dogs. That's common sense on my part, don't ya think?!?!?! Dinjick obviously has thin or aging windows to be cracked by jets. (holy crap.....I'm starting to assume things!)
I'm not attempting to stop people from "voicing" their concerns. You can talk all you want honey, but quit reading between the lines. Now that I drew it out for you..... Everyone have a good night!!

Far too many people whine. Let them be little. Everyone can bet their a$$ that if something happened here and there was no "military", they'd be screaming for help. It just seems more of a convenience these days. They have no idea.
imusuallyright..... Since a young girl I've had a fascination with butterflies.... so my father called me his "baby butterfly". HOLY FRICKEN CRAP..........theres my screenname!! Being a woman of 5'3" I've been told it's pretty impressive to bench 240 and leg weights of 600. So what job is it that I can't simply do?? And please tell me where I said that no one had a right?? Quick you better go and grab your shovel!!

All I have to say is...........don't point blame on how he was raised by his parents. This man made his own decision to speed down the road. I know Chet's dad & step-mom and they are everything you can ask for in parents. Successful, family oriented, dependable, kind and hilarious!! What Chet has done, is all on him........ with that being said, I sincerely hope that he gets well and thank goodness nobody else was hurt. He will just have to face what's coming and realize the consequences. There is at least one bad apple in a bunch.
