Looks a lot like ConocoPhillips' plan, from what detail they give. There's even a Powerpoint on the new site.
ConocoPhillips sort of disappeared into the background recently as lawmakers started to talk about in-state gas. That talk of in-state gas (and AGIA's supposed lack of emphasis on it) became the rationale for legislative requests to expand the special session call to deal with other projects, too. Lawmakers yesterday, including House Speaker John Harris, basically offered a vote of no confidence in the AGIA process by saying they wanted to be able to consider other projects.
And here's another project. Conoco and BP's timeline promises first gas in 10 years.
